Lesson 7
Angle Bisector:
-An angle bisector is a ray that divides an angle into two congruent angles.
-point of concurrency is an incenter
Perpendicular Bisector:
-The perpendicular bisector of a segment is a line that passes through the midpoint of a segment that is perpendicular to the segment.
-point of concurrency is circumcenter
-the slope is always an opposite reciprocal
In this lesson we learned about more points of concurrency. They were called incenter and circumcenter which are passed through by angle bisector and perpendicular bisector. Angle bisectors and perpendicular bisectors are common when dealing with triangles.
